Ali Isaacs

Ali Isaacs recently made the move from NYC to Scarsdale with her husband and three children. She began her career as a Real Estate/Trusts and Estates attorney and then sought to pivot her deep knowledge of the industry into a new opportunity as a licensed real estate agent. Now with Compass, and as a member of The Heather Harrison Team, she is able to fuse her passion and strategic process with Compass’ growing network and technology.

Ali became passionate about real estate after going through the process of gutting, renovating, buying, and selling many properties, including the transformation of Montauk’s Hero Beach Club into a boutique, family-friendly escape. Over the last thirteen years, Ali has built an extensive network of industry professionals, working closely with numerous builders and architects to renovate and build apartments and homes. Understanding how difficult selling and buying a home can be, she seeks to guide the client from beginning to end. She views her business as a true project management service, with expertise in budgeting, resourcing, advising, and bringing a vision into fruition.

Her clients find value in her local knowledge and curated list of helpful resources, from builders and architects to town and school administrators. Bottom line, Ali makes the process as easy and as smooth as possible for all of her clients.

She is currently a member of the Ambassador Council of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. Ali serves also on the NY Committee for Human Rights Watch. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and traveling.
